Salame Aquilano

Our wonderful L’Aquila salami is made from carefully-selected cuts of our meat that have been flavoured with traditional regional spices.  The salami takes its name from the regional capital of Abruzzo and is characterised by its shape, rectangular and flat as a result of being pressed as it ages and the result is an aromatic, medium-grain salami.
