Our superb Abruzzese Salsiccia Fegato is a pork liver soft sausage that mixes our choicest cuts of outdoor reared lean meat and pork liver and which is cured in a natural casing.

We offer two varieties; Salsiccia di Fegato “Dolce” with a strong, sweet and unmistakable liver flavour or Salsiccia di Fegato ‘Piccante’ with a characteristically intense taste of liver and chilli pepper.
