Traditional L’Aquila Salsiccia

Our delicious traditional L’Aquila salsiccia is made from selected cuts of our heritage pork, which we flavour with just a hint of local spices.  L’Aquila salsiccia is famous for its delicate taste and texture which we achieve by allowing our Abruzzesi rare breed Black Pigs to live outdoors in a free to range shady grove.
