Ventricina Teramana


A delicious typical Abruzzese meaty spread originating from the Teramo region. Ventricina combines hand-selected pieces of meat with minced fat that is seasoned with a selection of local mountain herbs and spices. It has a wonderfully full flavour but is less spicy than its southern cousin Nduja. We sell our version of Ventricina just like a salame encased in a skin rather than a jar.

Enjoy it as a snack or antipasti spread on bread or on bruschetta.
