Wild Boar, Black Pig & Montepulciano d’Abruzzo Salsiccia


Our latest limited edition Abruzzese salsiccia is made from selected cuts of wild boar and our farm’s heritage pork that we produce from our free-to-range Abruzzese Black Pigs, which we raise traditionally in the woods.

It is flavoured with a pinch of local spices which are enhanced and a dash of Fattoria Licia’s fruity Montepulciano D’Abruzzo, which has a  delicate smokey, liquorice note. This cantina is a small but exceptional, family-run vineyard near Villa Magna in Chieti.
